    Make 4 cups of rice - I used basmati rice.

    Remove the skin of the chicken quarters.

    Cut a few slits into the chicken so that all seasoning can go in.

    Season the chicken with the yogurt and all of the seasoning, including olive oil. Massage well.

    Air fry at 390Β° for 25 minutes flipping halfway through. Or oven bake at 390 F for 25 minutes. Check for doneness and add a few more minutes if necessary.

    To a large skillet, add butter on low heat, add ginger, garlic paste, paprika, and cilantro, and stir. Don’t burn the sauce.

    Add the broth and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the heavy whipping cream, cook for one minute, and add in the chicken, letting the sauce soak into the chicken. When the sauce has thickened, remove from heat.
