A delicious and creamy pasta dish featuring seasoned salmon and a flavorful sauce.

    Prepare the salmon with a drizzle of oil and coating in the seasoning.

    Place in a well oiled pan, cook for 10 minutes on medium heat, turning regularly.

    Remove the salmon and add in the chopped onion, leave to soften for a few minutes and add in the garlic.

    After a couple of minutes, sprinkle over the seasoning.

    Let this cook off, then lower the heat and add in the crème fraiche.

    Stir through and add the water, leave this mixture for 5 minutes to simmer.

    Add the remaining seasoning, parmesan, and parsley, loosen with some pasta water.

    Stir until combined and leave to simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.

    Pop the pasta onto boil, and when cooked, add into the sauce.

    Serve up the pasta and top with the salmon, pouring over some of the sauce from earlier.
