    In a skillet, cook the lean ground beef with taco seasoning until browned.

    Spray a pan with cooking spray and scramble the eggs until fully cooked.

    In a bowl, mix together low sugar ketchup, light mayo, and greek yoghurt to create the creamy sauce.

    To assemble the crunch wraps, take a protein tortilla and spread 1/6 of the sauce on it.

    Add 1 airfried hashbrown, 1/6 of the scrambled eggs, chopped chives, 25g of low fat grated cheese, and 1 crispy beef tortilla.

    Fold the tortilla to create a wrap and repeat for the remaining ingredients.

    Allow the wraps to cool, then wrap in foil and store in the freezer.
