Prepare the dough for buns by mixing Masoor Malka Dal, water, salt, sugar, oil, oregano seasoning, psyllium husk, baking soda, and vinegar.

For the patty, mash the boiled potatoes and mix with besan, coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli flakes, salt, chat masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder, peas, and sweet corns.
