- ·cup moong dal
- ·cups water
- ·ghee or coconut oil
- ·salt

Rinse quinoa and moong dal together.

In a pot, add the rinsed quinoa, moong dal, and water.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until cooked.
