- ·g Garlic
- ·cup Onions
- ·cup Capsicum
- ·tbsp Soya Sauce
- ·tbsp Chilli Sauce
- ·tbsp Vinegar
- ·Salt
- ·tsp White Pepper
- ·cup Corn Flour Slurry
- ·tbsp Green Onions

Prep the Ingredients: Cut paneer into cubes. Finely chop garlic and slice onions and capsicum. Keep all sauces ready for a smooth cooking process.

Crisp the Paneer (Air Fry Mode): Place paneer in the appliance and cook on Air Fry mode at paneer preset. Close the lid to ensure a perfect crisp without overcooking.

Prepare the Base (Stir Fry Mode): Remove the air fryer basket. In the cooking pot, add oil, garlic, onions, and capsicum. Sauté on Stir Fry mode (high heat).

Build the Sauce: Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, and white pepper. Toss well and let the sauce turn glossy and balanced.

Combine Everything: Add the crispy paneer along with corn flour slurry. Toss on high heat until the paneer is evenly coated with the sauce.

Final Finish: Add green onions, give it a final toss, and your restaurant-style Chilli Paneer is ready crispy outside, soft inside.
