Home Made Chocolate Ice Cream
Rich chocolate flavour, smooth texture & very easy to make. Perfect summer dessert made with simple ingredients available at home.

- ·tbsp Cocoa powder
- ·tbsp Corn flour
- ·cup Condensed milk
- ·cup Milk
- ·ml Fresh cream
- ·g Dark chocolate

In a pan, add cocoa powder, corn flour, condensed milk, and milk. Whisk well until smooth and lump-free.

Place the pan on medium flame and keep stirring continuously until the mixture thickens. Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool completely. Then refrigerate it for some time.

In a bowl, place ice cubes and keep another bowl on top of it. Add fresh cream and whisk until slightly thick and creamy.

Add the chilled cocoa mixture to the whipped cream and mix well. Add dark chocolate or chocolate chips (optional) and mix gently.

Transfer the mixture into an airtight container, cover, and freeze for 7–8 hours or until set.
