High Protein Butter Chicken Burritos
Easy High Protein Burrito Meal Prep with 57g of Protein per burrito.

- ·g diced chicken breast
- ·g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
- ·tsp paprika
- ·tsp cumin
- ·tsp garam masala
- ·tsp turmeric
- ·tsp salt
- ·tsp garlic paste
- ·tsp ginger paste
- ·whole lemon juice
- ·whole medium onion
- ·g light butter
- ·g tomato paste
- ·g chopped tomatoes
- ·g light cream cheese
- ·ml water
- ·whole protein tortillas
- ·g cooked white rice
- ·g low fat cheese

Marinate the chicken breast in Greek yoghurt, paprika, cumin, garam masala, turmeric, salt, garlic paste, ginger paste, and lemon juice for as long as possible (overnight for best results).

In a pan, melt the light butter and sauté the sliced onion until translucent.

Add the same seasonings used for the chicken to the pan.

Stir in the tomato paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, chopped tomatoes, light cream cheese, and water. Cook until well combined.

Prepare the protein tortillas and fill each with a portion of the cooked chicken and sauce mixture.

Add cooked white rice and low fat cheese to each burrito.

Fold and seal the burritos, optionally toasting them in a pan with butter folded side down.

Allow the burritos to cool before wrapping in foil for storage.
