Air Fryer Bread
A delicious homemade bread made in an air fryer, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients (8)
- ·cup lukewarm water
- ·cup lukewarm milk
- ·tsp instant dry yeast
- ·tsp sugar
- ·tsp salt
- ·tsp butter
- ·cups maida
- ·cup mixed seeds

Activate yeast: Mix warm milk, water, sugar, and yeast. Rest for 10 mins till frothy.

Make the dough: Add flour, salt, and butter to yeast mix. Knead for 7–8 mins till smooth and elastic. Grease bowl lightly, cover, and rest for 2 hours until doubled.

Shape: Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf or buns. Place in a greased tin that fits your air fryer. Rest again for 30–45 mins.

Air fry: Preheat air fryer to 120°C for 3 mins. Bake at 80°C for 20 mins, flip, and bake again at 80°C for 20 mins. Brush the top with butter for a super soft crust.

Cool completely: Allow to cool fully before slicing to keep it soft inside.
