Homemade Veggie Pizza
There's nothing like the smell of homemade pizza filling the house. This veggie pizza is made from scratch, featuring a delicious dough and colorful toppings.

- ·g Vital wheat gluten
- ·g Water (lukewarm)
- ·g Instant yeast
- ·g Sugar
- ·g Salt
- ·g Olive oil
Instructions

Mix water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until slightly foamy.

Add flour, gluten, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a rough dough forms.

Knead for 10–12 minutes until smooth and elastic. The dough should feel soft, slightly tacky, not dry.

Cover and let it rest for 1–1.5 hours until doubled.

Divide into 3 equal dough balls. Cover and refrigerate for 24–48 hours for best flavour.

Take out 30–45 minutes before using.

Dust with flour and gently stretch using your hands/knuckles. Don’t use a rolling pin, keep the air inside.

Add sauce, cheese, and toppings. Keep it light for a better crust.

Bake in a preheated hot oven (250°C) for 7–10 minutes. You can add a couple of ice cubes for steam.
