A super creamy and delicious dessert made with just three ingredients.


Ingredients (5)

  • ·litre milk
  • ·cup sugar
  • ·cup rice ada
  • ·pinches salt
  • ·tsp ghee

    Add 1 litre milk and 1 cup sugar to a pressure cooker. Stir on high flame until the sugar melts.

    Close the cooker, reduce the flame to very low, and cook for 50–55 minutes.

    Meanwhile, wash 1 cup rice ada and soak it in boiling water for 30 minutes (covered).

    After 55 minutes, switch off the flame and let the pressure release naturally.

    Open the lid – the milk will turn a beautiful pink color. (If it curdles slightly, let it cool and blend once.)

    Add the rinsed, drained rice ada and boil for 10 minutes until cooked.

    Finally, add 2 pinches of salt and 1 tsp ghee. Mix well and serve.
