Tandoori Chicken Rice Bowls

Delicious tandoori chicken skewers served with salad, pilau rice, mini poppadoms, and mango chutney.
Ingredients (8)
- ยทpieces boneless skinless chicken thighs
- ยทtbsp olive oil
- ยทtsp tandoori curry powder
- ยทtsp coriander
- ยทcloves garlic cloves
- ยทtsp ginger paste
- ยทpiece lemon juice
- ยทred food colouring
Instructions

Slice up the chicken into 2cm pieces.

Add to a bowl along with the rest of the ingredients then mix well until the chicken is fully coated.

Split the chicken between 4 skewers.

Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 190C.

Serve with salad, pilau rice, poppadoms, and any dips you fancy.
