White Chicken Kadai

- ·tsp cumin seeds
- ·pods green cardamom pods
- ·cloves cloves
- ·medium onions
- ·tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- ·salt
- ·tsp coriander powder
- ·tsp cumin powder
- ·tsp black pepper powder
- ·tsp garam masala powder
- ·cup yogurt
- ·green chilies
- ·cup cream
- ·Mozzarella cheese
- ·fresh coriander
- ·julienned ginger

Heat oil in a pan or Kadai. Add cumin seeds, cardamom, and cloves; sauté until fragrant.

Add onion paste and sauté for 3–4 minutes until the raw smell disappears.

Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.

Add chicken and salt; cook on high flame for 5–6 minutes until the chicken changes color.

Lower the flame and add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper, and yogurt. Mix well.

Add a little water and green chilies, cover, and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

Remove the lid, add cream and mozzarella cheese, and mix well. Cook on low flame until the oil separates.

Garnish with coriander, green chilies, and julienned ginger. Serve hot.
