- ·tbsp Coconut oil
- ·pieces Onion
- ·cup Shallots
- ·tbsp Crushed ginger garlic
- ·Curry leaves
- ·Salt
- ·kg Chicken
- ·tbsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
- ·tsp Coriander powder
- ·tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- ·tsp Crushed Chilli flakes
- ·tsp Turmeric powder
- ·tsp Cumin powder
- ·tsp Garam Masala
- ·tbsp Lemon juice

Marinate the chicken with Kashmiri Chilli powder, Coriander powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Crushed Chilli flakes, Turmeric powder, Cumin powder, Garam Masala, Lemon juice, and salt. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

Heat coconut oil in a pan.

Add sliced onions and shallots, and sauté until golden brown.

Add crushed ginger garlic and curry leaves, and sauté for a minute.

Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until the chicken is fully cooked and crispy.
