Mixed Non-Veg Pulao
Aromatic, spicy and full of flavor mixed non-veg pulao made with chicken, mutton and prawns cooked in ghee and whole biryani spices. Perfect for Sunday lunch or special occasions!

- ·glass Soaked Rice
- ·tbsp Ghee
- ·tbsp Oil
- ·g Onions
- ·Green Chillies
- ·tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- ·tbsp Turmeric Powder
- ·medium Tomatoes
- ·cup Coriander Leaves
- ·cup Mint Leaves
- ·g Prawns
- ·g Mutton
- ·g Chicken
- ·Salt
- ·Red Chilli Powder
- ·Garam Masala (Homemade)
- ·Whole Biryani Spices
- ·glass per 1 glass rice Hot Water

Roast soaked rice in 2 tbsp ghee for 5 minutes. Add salt, red chilli powder and garam masala. Keep aside.

In the same pan add 2 tbsp ghee + 2 tbsp oil.

Add whole biryani spices and sauté for a minute.

Add sliced onions and green chillies. Cook until onions turn light pink.

Add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder. Cook until raw smell disappears.

Add tomatoes, coriander leaves and mint leaves. Cook for a minute.

Add prawns, mutton and chicken. Cook on high flame for 2 minutes.

Add salt, red chilli powder and garam masala. Close lid and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

Add roasted rice and cook on very low flame for 2 minutes.

Add hot water (½ glass water for 1 glass rice).

Pressure cook for 2 whistles.

Open after 10 minutes once steam is released.
