A perfect recipe for when you need a break from chicken but still have protein goals to hit.

- ·tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- ·tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- ·tsp regular chilli powder
- ·tsp turmeric
- ·tsp coriander powder
- ·tsp cumin powder
- ·tsp garam masala
- ·tsp black pepper
- ·tbsp rice flour
- ·tbsp cornflour (or corn starch)
- ·piece egg white (or curd)
- ·tbsp lemon juice
- ·salt
- ·tsp oil
- ·curry leaves
- ·pieces green chillies

Marinate: Mix everything until thick and well-coated. Rest for 20–30 mins (or up to 1 hour).

Air fry: Preheat at 350°F. Arrange pieces without overlapping, lightly oil spray. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.

Optional crisp (if you want extra crunch): Air fry at 390–400°F for 2–3 mins.

Final toss: Heat 1 tsp oil, add curry leaves + green chillies + minced garlic. Toss fish for ~20 seconds.
