Salt Bread with Yogurt Glaze
A delicious salt bread recipe made with Greek yogurt and topped with a sweet yogurt glaze.

- ·g salt
- ·g dry yeast
- ·g egg
- ·g Greek yogurt
- ·g milk
- ·g unsalted butter
- ·g frozen butter
- ·g butter for greasing
- ·g yogurt glaze
- ·g powdered sugar
- ·g honey
- ·pinch a pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients except butter and knead until smooth.

Once the dough comes together, add the butter and knead again.

Let the dough rise until it doubles in size (about 1 hour).

Divide the dough into 16 pieces and shape into balls, then rest for 15 minutes.

Place 2g of frozen butter in the center of each dough ball and wrap it completely.

Melt 30g of butter in a square mold and place the dough inside, leaving some space between them.

Let the dough rise again until they slightly touch (1.5 to 2 times in size).

Once the second rise is done, brush the top with butter and sprinkle with salt.

Preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 minutes, then bake at 170°C for 15-18 minutes.

For the yogurt glaze, mix 50g of Greek yogurt, 100g of powdered sugar, 10g of milk, 20g of honey, and a pinch of salt.
