These truffles are giving Lindt Lindor chocolates but healthier for you. They’re gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free. Packed with fibre, protein, healthy fats and antioxidants.
Ingredients (5)
- ·can chickpeas
- ·tbsp cacao powder
- ·tbsp peanut butter
- ·tbsp maple syrup
- ·g dark chocolate
Instructions

In a food processor or blender, add chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup and cacao powder.

Blitz until combined and smooth.

Roll into balls and refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm slightly.

Melt chocolate and coat the balls.
