Chicken Kuzhambu
A flavorful chicken curry cooked in a pressure cooker, perfect for a quick meal.

- ·tbsp Curd
- ·tbsp Red chilli powder
- ·tbsp Coriander powder
- ·tsp Curry masala
- ·tsp Turmeric
- ·Onion
- ·Mint leaves
- ·tsp Cumin
- ·tbsp Oil
- ·Tomato
- ·Curry leaves
- ·Water
- ·tsp Garam masala
- ·Pepper
- ·Coriander leaves

Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, lemon drops, salt, curd, red chilli powder, coriander powder, curry masala, and turmeric. Let it sit for some time.

For grinding masala, blend onion, mint leaves, and cumin together.

In a pressure cooker, heat oil and add the grounded masala, sauté until fragrant.

Add chopped tomato and curry leaves, and cook until the tomato softens.

Add the marinated chicken and mix well.

Pour in water as needed and season with salt, garam masala, and pepper.

Close the lid and cook under pressure for a few whistles.

Once done, release the pressure, and garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
