Classic Cold Coffee

• ·cup Sugar or Honey
• ·cup Hot Water
• ·Milk
• ·Ice Cubes
• ·(optional) Cocoa Powder

   In a bowl, add the coffee, sugar (or honey), and hot water.

   Use a hand beater to whisk the mixture for 5 to 7 minutes until soft peaks form and the mixture becomes thick and frothy.

   For an Ice Cream Texture: Freeze the whipped mixture overnight to achieve an ice-cream-like scoop.

   For Immediate Serving: Use the mixture right away by adding it to a glass with ice cubes and milk.

   If you prefer a sweeter drink, top with a little extra honey.
