- ·Red Chilli
- ·sprig Curry leaves

Instructions

Marinate chicken with chicken 65 masala, vinegar, ginger garlic paste and salt for 30 minutes.

Sauté garlic, red chilli, curry leaves and set aside.

Deep fry thinly sliced onions until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.

Deep fry chicken in the same oil.

Grind the sautéed ingredients, fried onion, chicken 65 to a coarse mixture.

Serve with hot rice.
