A delicious and creamy Indian dessert made with milk, rice, and saffron.

- ·litres Milk
- ·gm Rice
- ·Saffron strands
- ·gm Sugar
- ·Almonds
- ·Pistachio
- ·Silver foil
Instructions

Wash & soak Rice for 30 minutes.

Grind coarsely with some milk.

Boil Milk & add Kesar Milk/saffron.

Cook for 2 minutes.

Add grinded rice & continuously stir on low flame till rice cooks.

Add Sugar & cook till the texture turns creamy & little thick.

Pour into cups, garnish with nuts & saffron.

Keep in the fridge & enjoy it cold.
