Vegan, wholesome, protein-rich bars without industrial sugar.
Ingredients (8)
- ยทg Almonds
- ยทg Chickpeas
- ยทg Soy flour or natural protein powder
- ยทtbsp Peanut butter
- ยทMedjool dates
- ยทpinch Salt
- ยทpinch Vanilla
- ยทDark chocolate (minimum 75% cocoa)
Instructions

Drain and rinse the chickpeas well.

Remove the pits from the dates.

Process all ingredients in a food processor until a dough forms.

Press the mixture into a mold.

Decorate with melted chocolate and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Cut into bars.
