Vegan, wholesome, protein-rich bars without industrial sugar.


Ingredients (8)

  • ยทg Almonds
  • ยทg Chickpeas
  • ยทg Soy flour or natural protein powder
  • ยทtbsp Peanut butter
  • ยทMedjool dates
  • ยทpinch Salt
  • ยทpinch Vanilla
  • ยทDark chocolate (minimum 75% cocoa)

    Drain and rinse the chickpeas well.

    Remove the pits from the dates.

  3. 3

    Process all ingredients in a food processor until a dough forms.

  4. 4

    Press the mixture into a mold.

  5. 5

    Decorate with melted chocolate and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  6. 6

    Cut into bars.
