  • ·medium Onion
  • ·leaves Curry leaves
  • ·tablespoons Ginger garlic paste
  • ·inch Ginger
  • ·teaspoon Crushed black pepper
  • ·Salt
  • ·teaspoon Chilli powder
  • ·teaspoon Coriander powder
  • ·tablespoons RK Cold Pressed Safflower Oil

    Marinate chicken with chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste & salt. Rest it for at least 15–20 mins for best flavour.

    Heat a pan & add 2 spoons RK Cold Pressed Safflower Oil.

    Add curry leaves, garlic & ginger — sauté until aromatic.

    Add sliced onions & fry till golden brown.

    Add marinated chicken & cook till it releases juices.

    Add freshly crushed black pepper.

    Roast on high flame till dry & well coated.
