- ·cloves garlic
- ·slice ginger
- ·medium onion
- ·g coconut
- ·tomato
- ·green chilies
- ·coriander leaves
- ·mint leaves
- ·cardamoms
- ·cloves
- ·small cinnamon sticks
- ·tspn cumin seeds
- ·tspn coriander seeds
- ·tspn fennel seeds
- ·tspn salt
- ·tspn coriander powder
- ·tspn sugar
- ·chicken stock (Maggi cube)
- ·cups water
- ·eggs
Instructions

Heat 1 tblsp oil in a pan and add garlic, ginger, and onion slices. Sauté until golden.

Add coconut, tomato, green chilies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, cardamoms, cloves, and cinnamon sticks. Cook for a few minutes.

Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, and mix well.

In another pan, heat 4 tblsp oil and add the medium onion. Sauté until translucent.

Add salt, coriander powder, sugar, and chicken stock. Stir well.

Pour in 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.

Add the eggs and cook until they are set.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
