Green & Red Fusion Chicken
Authentic Karnataka style curry leaf chicken recipe with no water, spicy red chilli chicken, full of flavour.

- ·tbsp Oil
- ·medium Onions
- ·tbsp Ginger-Garlic
- ·tsp Red Chilli Powder
- ·Salt
- ·cup Curd
- ·Dry Red Chillies
- ·cups Curry Leaves

Heat oil in a pan.

Add chopped onions and sauté till soft and light golden.

Add freshly crushed ginger-garlic and fry till raw smell disappears.

Add red chilli powder and salt.

Add thick curd and mix well.

In a mixer, blend dry red chillies and curry leaves into a coarse powder (do not add water).

Add this curry leaf-chilli powder to the pan and cook till oil starts separating.

Add chicken and mix well with the masala.

Close the lid and cook on low flame.

Do NOT add water — chicken cooks in its own juices to keep the flavour strong.

Once chicken is cooked and oil releases, garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
