Spicy Chipotle Chicken Tacos
Delicious and spicy chicken tacos with a creamy signature sauce.

- ยทgrams Boneless chicken
- ยทtsp Chipotle seasoning
- ยทtsp Cajun seasoning
- ยทtsp Paprika
- ยทtsp Garlic powder
- ยทSalt
- ยทtbsp Oil
- ยทtbsp Mayonnaise
- ยทtbsp Hot sauce
- ยทtsp Pepper powder
- ยทtbsp Water
- ยทWhite corn tortillas
- ยทcup Shredded mozzarella cheese

In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with the chipotle seasoning, Cajun seasoning, 1 tsp paprika, garlic powder, salt, and 2 tbsp of oil. Mix well and set aside to let the flavors meld.

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked through and slightly charred. Remove from the pan.

While the chicken cooks, whisk together the mayo, hot sauce, 1 tsp paprika, pepper powder, and water in a small bowl until smooth. Set aside for serving.

Place a white corn tortilla in a pan. Add a portion of the cooked chicken to the center and top with a generous amount of shredded mozzarella. Fold the tortilla over the filling.

Add a little more oil to the pan and fry the taco on both sides until the shell is crispy and the cheese has melted.

Plate the tacos immediately while they are hot and crispy. Serve with the spicy mayo sauce on the side for dipping.
