Chocolate Ice Cream
A simple homemade chocolate ice cream recipe that requires no ice cream maker.
Ingredients (6)
- ·cup whipping cream
- ·cup condensed milk
- ·cup cocoa powder
- ·cup chocolate
- ·cup milk
- ·pinch salt

In pan add milk along with the cocoa powder and mix until it cooks nicely.

Add in the chocolate with a pinch of salt and keep mixing until the chocolate completely dissolves into the mixture. Let it seat aside until it cools down.

Once it cools down add the condensed milk to it and stir it nicely.

Whip the cream until stiff peaks with an electric beater or hand whisk.

Fold the cream into the chocolate mixture in 2-3 parts without over mixing.

Transfer this mixture to a clean container and let it set in freezer for 6-8 hours or overnight.

Transfer the ice cream to fridge 15 mins before scooping out to soften a little.

Scoop out the ice cream, drizzle some melted chocolate onto it and enjoy.
