- ·ml Oil
- ·Onions
- ·spoon Turmeric
- ·spoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- ·Mint Leaves
- ·spoons Salt
- ·spoons Chilli Powder
- ·spoons Special Garam Masala
- ·spoons Coriander Powder
- ·small spoon Pepper Powder
- ·small cup Curd
- ·small piece Jaggery
- ·Coriander Leaves

Marinate the chicken with turmeric, ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and pepper powder.

Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions, sauté until golden brown.

Add the marinated chicken and cook on medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked.

Stir in mint leaves and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add curd and jaggery, mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
