- ยทpieces Tomato
- ยทcloves Garlic
- ยทpieces Green chillies
- ยทcup Fresh coriander
- ยทtsp Salt
- ยทtbsp Chilli powder

Instructions

In a pan add 4 tbsp oil, half cut tomatoes, raw mangoes, garlic, and green chillies.

Fry it until they get soft.

Once cooled, add it to the blender.

Add salt, chilli powder, onion, and coriander, and blend coarsely.

Serve with hot chapati, dosa, or idli.
