- ·Green cardamom

- ·Tomatoes
- ·Kashmiri red chilli

- ·Green chillies
- ·Coriander stems

- ·cup Curd
- ·teaspoon Turmeric
- ·teaspoons Coriander powder
- ·teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
- ·teaspoon Garam Masala
- ·teaspoon Oil
- ·tablespoon Butter
- ·Green chillies chopped
- ·teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
- ·tablespoon Honey
- ·grams Paneer
- ·teaspoon Garam masala
- ·teaspoon Kasuri methi
- ·as required (chopped) Fresh coriander
- ·tablespoons Fresh cream
Instructions

Heat oil and butter in a pan.

Add whole spices and sauté for a minute.

Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.

Add tomatoes, kashmiri red chilli, garlic, ginger, green chillies, and coriander stems. Cook until tomatoes are soft.

Blend the mixture into a smooth puree.

In the same pan, add oil and butter, then add the prepared puree.

Stir in curd mixture and hot water as required.

Add honey, paneer, garam masala, kasuri methi, and fresh coriander.

Finish with fresh cream and serve hot.
