  • ·Green Chillies
  • ·g Onion
  • ·g Tomato
  • ·g Prawn
  • ·tsp Turmeric
  • ·Salt
  • ·Shallots
  • ·Garlic
  • ·Dry Red Chilli
  • ·tsp Pepper
  • ·tsp Fennel
  • ·tsp Cumin
  • ·g Coconut
  • ·tsp Turmeric
  • ·tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
  • ·sprig Curry Leaves

    Marinate the prawns with turmeric and salt.

    Heat sesame oil in a pan and add fennel seeds and green chillies.

    Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.

    Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.

    Grind shallots, garlic, dry red chillies, pepper, fennel, cumin, coconut, turmeric, and Kashmiri chilli powder into a paste.

    Add the ground paste to the pan and mix well.

    Add the marinated prawns and cook until prawns are done.

    Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot.
