    Boil chicken wings with salt on medium flame for 10 minutes.

    Dry roast garam masala ingredients and grind to a fine powder.

    Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onion and sauté until golden.

    Add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, and turmeric; mix well.

    Add boiled chicken wings and red chilli powder, followed by ground masala and curry leaves.

    In another pot, add rice and the spices for rice, along with chicken broth and salt.

    Cook the rice until done and combine with the chicken mixture.
