Boil chicken wings with salt on medium flame for 10 minutes.

Dry roast garam masala ingredients and grind to a fine powder.

Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onion and sauté until golden.

Add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, and turmeric; mix well.

Add boiled chicken wings and red chilli powder, followed by ground masala and curry leaves.
