Fridge Raid Tempeh and Broccoli Noodles

A quick and simple recipe for a speedy lunch or rapid dinner, packed with protein.
Ingredients (13)
- ยทg tempeh
- ยทbroccoli florets
- ยทcloves garlic
- ยทwhite onion
- ยทtbsp dark soy sauce
- ยทtsp ginger paste
- ยทtsp chilli paste
- ยทtsp Maggi seasoning
- ยทtbsp sweet soy sauce or vegan oyster sauce
- ยทsesame oil
- ยทknife cut noodles
- ยทsesame seeds
- ยทchilli crunch oil
Instructions

In a pan, fry your onions and garlic for a few minutes then add your dark soy.

Break the tempeh up and fry for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil your noodles according to package instructions and rinse in cold water.

Add your broccoli and cook for a few minutes then add the ginger, chilli, Maggi, sweet soy and sesame oil.

Toss through your noodles.

Serve with sesame seeds and chilli crunch oil.
