Fridge Raid Tempeh and Broccoli Noodles

A quick and simple recipe for a speedy lunch or rapid dinner, packed with protein.


Ingredients (13)

  • ยทg tempeh
  • ยทbroccoli florets
  • ยทcloves garlic
  • ยทwhite onion
  • ยทtbsp dark soy sauce
  • ยทtsp ginger paste
  • ยทtsp chilli paste
  • ยทtsp Maggi seasoning
  • ยทtbsp sweet soy sauce or vegan oyster sauce
  • ยทsesame oil
  • ยทknife cut noodles
  • ยทsesame seeds
  • ยทchilli crunch oil

    In a pan, fry your onions and garlic for a few minutes then add your dark soy.

    Break the tempeh up and fry for 5 minutes.

    Meanwhile, boil your noodles according to package instructions and rinse in cold water.

    Add your broccoli and cook for a few minutes then add the ginger, chilli, Maggi, sweet soy and sesame oil.

    Toss through your noodles.

  6. 6

    Serve with sesame seeds and chilli crunch oil.
