- ·pieces Glass Noodles
- ·tbsp Oyster Sauce
- ·tbsp Tuna Fish Sauce
- ·tbsp Gochugaru (Chili Powder)
- ·tsp Salt
- ·tsp Black Pepper
- ·pack Enoki Mushrooms

Sear 100g of beef short plate. (Pro tip: Blot away about 90% of the grease with a paper towel for a much cleaner taste!)

Use the remaining oil to sauté the green onions and 1 tbsp of minced garlic.

Pour in 400ml of water and add the glass noodles to boil, then stir in the oyster sauce, tuna sauce, and chili powder.
