  • ·tbsp Minced Garlic
  • ·ml Water
  • ·pieces Glass Noodles
  • ·tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • ·tbsp Tuna Fish Sauce
  • ·tbsp Gochugaru (Chili Powder)
  • ·tsp Salt
  • ·tsp Black Pepper
  • ·pack Enoki Mushrooms

    Sear 100g of beef short plate. (Pro tip: Blot away about 90% of the grease with a paper towel for a much cleaner taste!)

    Use the remaining oil to sauté the green onions and 1 tbsp of minced garlic.

    Pour in 400ml of water and add the glass noodles to boil, then stir in the oyster sauce, tuna sauce, and chili powder.

    Season with salt and pepper to your liking, add the enoki mushrooms, and simmer for 3 more minutes to finish.
