  • ·black pepper
  • ·juice lime
  • ·ripe mango
  • ·red onion
  • ·small (optional) jalapeño
  • ·juice lime
  • ·cilantro
  • ·cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • ·tbsp (optional) mayo
  • ·zest + juice lime
  • ·tsp chili paste / sriracha / chili powder
  • ·salt
  • ·(if needed to thin) water
  • ·cilantro-lime rice / Quinoa / Cauliflower rice / Mixed greens
  • ·sliced avocados
  • ·extra cilantro
  • ·lime wedges

    In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Mix well.

    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through.

    For the mango salsa, combine diced mango, chopped red onion, minced jalapeño, lime juice, salt, and chopped cilantro in a bowl. Mix well.

    For the lime-chili sauce, mix Greek yogurt or sour cream, mayo (if using), lime zest and juice, chili paste/sriracha/chili powder, salt, and a splash of water in a bowl until smooth.
