Creamy Steak Cajun Pasta
A delicious creamy pasta dish with seasoned NY strip steaks and a rich sauce.

- ·Salt
- ·Pepper
- ·sprigs Thyme or rosemary
- ·Garlic cloves
- ·tbsp Butter
- ·tbsp Avocado oil
- ·oz Rigatoni pasta
- ·cup Heavy cream
- ·tbsp Unsalted butter
- ·Yellow onion
- ·Red bell pepper
- ·Garlic cloves
- ·tbsp Tomato paste
- ·cup Parmesan cheese
- ·tsp Red pepper flakes
- ·tsp Cajun seasoning
- ·tsp Garlic powder
- ·tsp Oregano
- ·tsp Cayenne powder
- ·Salt
- ·Pepper
Instructions

Season the NY strip steaks with salt, pepper, and thyme or rosemary.

In a skillet, heat avocado oil over medium-high heat and sear the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side.

Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.

In the same skillet, add butter and sauté the diced onion and red bell pepper until softened.

Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Stir in the tomato paste, heavy cream, and bring to a simmer.

Add the cooked rigatoni pasta, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, oregano, cayenne powder, salt, and pepper.
