A delicious high protein naan filled with cheese and brushed with garlic butter.


Ingredients (7)

  • ·cups self rising flour
  • ·cup greek yogurt
  • ·pinch salt
  • ·cup shredded low fat cheese
  • ·cooking spray
  • ·garlic butter
  • ·parsley

    Mix flour, greek yogurt, and salt until a dough forms. Let rest 5–10 minutes.

    Divide into 4 pieces and roll each into a thin circle.

    Sprinkle cheese in the center, fold like a burrito to seal, then gently roll out again into naan.

    Cook in a sprayed pan over medium low heat. Cover and cook 1–2 minutes, flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden and puffed.

    Optional but recommended: Brush with melted garlic butter and parsley while warm.
