A delicious high protein naan filled with cheese and brushed with garlic butter.

- ·cups self rising flour
- ·cup greek yogurt
- ·pinch salt
- ·cup shredded low fat cheese
- ·cooking spray
- ·garlic butter
- ·parsley
Instructions

Mix flour, greek yogurt, and salt until a dough forms. Let rest 5–10 minutes.

Divide into 4 pieces and roll each into a thin circle.

Sprinkle cheese in the center, fold like a burrito to seal, then gently roll out again into naan.

Cook in a sprayed pan over medium low heat. Cover and cook 1–2 minutes, flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden and puffed.
