- ยทbox (14.5oz) protein macaroni pasta
- ยทcups full fat cottage cheese
- ยทcups shredded cheddar cheese
- ยทcup whole milk
- ยทtbsp cornstarch
- ยทtsp ground mustard
- ยทtsp onion powder
- ยทtsp garlic powder
- ยทtsp salt
- ยทtsp black pepper
- ยทcup panko crumbs
- ยทcup Italian bread crumbs
- ยทtablespoons butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Cook pasta as directed in salted water. Drain and put back in pot.

Place cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, cornstarch and spices in a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth.

Pour cheese sauce over pasta in pot and stir until pasta is evenly coated.

Transfer pasta to baking dish.

In a small bowl mix together bread crumbs and butter, then spread evenly on top of the pasta.

Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
