Ingredients (13)

  • ยทbox (14.5oz) protein macaroni pasta
  • ยทcups full fat cottage cheese
  • ยทcups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ยทcup whole milk
  • ยทtbsp cornstarch
  • ยทtsp ground mustard
  • ยทtsp onion powder
  • ยทtsp garlic powder
  • ยทtsp salt
  • ยทtsp black pepper
  • ยทcup panko crumbs
  • ยทcup Italian bread crumbs
  • ยทtablespoons butter

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.

    Cook pasta as directed in salted water. Drain and put back in pot.

    Place cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, cornstarch and spices in a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth.

    Pour cheese sauce over pasta in pot and stir until pasta is evenly coated.

    Transfer pasta to baking dish.

    In a small bowl mix together bread crumbs and butter, then spread evenly on top of the pasta.

    Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
