Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, sauté until translucent.

Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

Add chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.

Stir in chopped tomatoes, green chillies, and curry leaves.

Add soaked cashews, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander cumin powder, garam masala, chicken masala, and salt. Mix well.

Pour in water and let it simmer until chicken is cooked through.

In another pan, heat oil and scramble the eggs, then add grated carrot and chopped green chillies.

Add the cooked chicken mixture to the rice and mix well.

Finally, add the scrambled eggs and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
