- ·cups water
- ·tbsp coriander seeds
- ·tsp cumin seeds
- ·tsp fennel seeds
- ·peppercorns
- ·dry red chilies
- ·cloves
- ·small pieces cinnamon
- ·tbsp grated coconut

Roast ingredients and grind to a paste.
