- ·tbsp Roasted chana
- ·Cashew nuts
- ·Cardamom
- ·Cloves
- ·small piece Cinnamon
- ·Sambar onion
- ·tbsp Oil
- ·tsp Cumin seeds
- ·chopped Onion
- ·tsp Ginger garlic paste
- ·tsp Chilli powder
- ·tsp Dhaniya powder
- ·tsp Turmeric powder
- ·tsp Garam masala
- ·Salt

Grind coconut, roasted chana, cashew nuts, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, sambar onion, and water to make a paste.

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

Stir in ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.

Add the ground paste and cook for a few minutes.

Add chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

Add vegetables of your choice and water as needed. Cook until vegetables are tender.
