  • ยทtbsp oil
  • ยทtsp mustard seeds
  • ยทtsp cumin seeds
  • ยทnos. curry leaves
  • ยทginger garlic chili paste
  • ยทtsp asafoetida
  • ยทtsp turmeric powder
  • ยทsalt
  • ยทtsp garam masala
  • ยทmedium size potatoes
  • ยทtbsp lemon juice
  • ยทfresh coriander

    Prepare the dough by mixing all purpose flour, salt, yeast, sugar, and milk. Knead until smooth.

    Let the dough rise until doubled in size.

    For the potato filling, heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
