A twist on the traditional Vada Pav, baked from scratch for a satisfying experience.

- ยทgm yeast
- ยทtsp sugar
- ยทgm butter
- ยทtbsp oil
- ยทtsp mustard seeds
- ยทtsp cumin seeds
- ยทnos. curry leaves
- ยทginger garlic chili paste
- ยทtsp asafoetida
- ยทtsp turmeric powder
- ยทsalt
- ยทtsp garam masala
- ยทmedium size potatoes
- ยทtbsp lemon juice
- ยทfresh coriander

Prepare the dough by mixing all purpose flour, salt, yeast, sugar, and milk. Knead until smooth.

Let the dough rise until doubled in size.

For the potato filling, heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.

Add ginger garlic chili paste, asafoetida, turmeric powder, salt, and garam masala. Mix well.

Add boiled and mashed potatoes, lemon juice, and fresh coriander. Mix until combined.
