    Marinate prawns with salt, turmeric powder, and lemon for 30 minutes.

    Dry roast coriander seeds, black pepper, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, and poppy seeds.

    Make a fine paste with soaked Byadgi chilli, Guntur Mirchi, cashew, jaggery, garlic, salt, and tamarind.

    Heat ghee in a pan, fry marinated prawns for 4-5 minutes and keep aside.

    In the same pan, add more ghee and curry leaves.

    Add the prepared masala paste and then add the fried prawns.

    Squeeze lemon and sprinkle coriander powder and coriander leaves before serving.
