A delicious and nutritious loaf packed with protein, flavored with cardamom and saffron.

- ·pieces soft pitted dates
- ·cup melted coconut oil OR cooled ghee
- ·cup plain Greek yogurt
- ·cup unsweetened almond milk
- ·pieces large eggs
- ·tsp vanilla essence
- ·tsp cardamom powder
- ·strands saffron strands
- ·cup whole wheat flour
- ·cup almond flour
- ·tsp baking powder
- ·salt
- ·tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ·tbsp chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)

Blend dates and almond milk until smooth

Add oil/ghee, yogurt, eggs, vanilla, cardamom, and saffron to the blender and blend
