- ·ml oat milk
- ·tsp baking powder
- ·g crushed walnuts
- ·ripe bananas, mashed
- ·vanilla sweetener (or honey)
- ·g vanilla yogurt
- ·g lightest Philadelphia cream cheese
- ·g crushed walnuts
