  • ·carrot, grated
  • ·tsp cinnamon
  • ·g fit pro whey
  • ·ml oat milk
  • ·tsp baking powder
  • ·g crushed walnuts
  • ·ripe bananas, mashed
  • ·vanilla sweetener (or honey)
  • ·g vanilla yogurt
  • ·g lightest Philadelphia cream cheese
  • ·g crushed walnuts

    Preheat oven to 180°C.

    Mix all base ingredients in a dish until combined.

    Bake for 12–15 mins, until the middle is set.

    Let cool completely.
