Kala Channa Dahi Chaat

- ·cup Dahi
- ·cup Kala Channa
- ·Salt
- ·tsp Chilli Powder
- ·tsp Jeera Powder
- ·tsp Anardana Powder
- ·small, chopped Onion
- ·medium, diced Tomato
- ·tsp Black Salt
- ·Khakhra
- ·Green Chutney
- ·Imli Chutney
- ·Pomegranate
- ·Sev
- ·Coriander
- ·Chaat Masala

Soak the kala chana overnight and cook it in pressure cooker for about 3 to 4 whistles until done.

In a bowl whisk dahi along with cooked chana adding all the dry powders including chili powder, jeera and anardana powder.

Adjust the seasoning by adding black salt and normal salt.

In a plate transfer the dahi chana mixture. Top it up with some crushed khakhra.

Add spoonful of green and imli chutney with some chopped onions and diced tomatoes.

Garnish it with pomegranate kernels, sev and chopped coriander. Sprinkle some chaat masala on top and enjoy.
