Honey Buffalo Chicken Wings
Deliciously crispy chicken wings coated in a sweet and spicy honey buffalo sauce, served with a creamy ranch dip.

- ·tbsp neutral oil
- ·packet sazon
- ·tsp paprika
- ·tsp garlic powder
- ·tsp onion powder
- ·tsp chicken bouillon powder
- ·cup buffalo sauce
- ·cup pickle juice
- ·salt
- ·pepper
- ·cup cornstarch
- ·canola oil
- ·cup buffalo sauce
- ·cup honey
- ·tbsp butter
- ·tbsp brown sugar
- ·salt
- ·cup mayonnaise
- ·cup sour cream
- ·cup buttermilk
- ·packet ranch seasoning
- ·cup fresh dill
- ·tbsp chives
- ·tsp garlic powder
- ·tsp garlic paste
- ·salt
- ·pepper

Pat wings completely dry. Add to a bowl with oil, sazon, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chicken bouillon, buffalo sauce, pickle juice, corn starch, salt, and pepper. Toss well until evenly coated.

Let rest 10–15 minutes.

Heat canola oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry wings in batches for 8–10 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Drain on a wire rack.

In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine buffalo sauce, honey, butter, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and slightly thickened. Remove from heat.

Add hot wings to a bowl, pour over sauce, and toss until fully coated.

Whisk together all ranch ingredients until smooth. Chill at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
