A delicious chicken schnitzel served with a spicy gochujang tartare sauce.
Ingredients (11)
- ·pieces chicken thighs
- ·pieces eggs
- ·cup plain flour
- ·cup panko crumbs
- ·cup mayonnaise
- ·tablespoons capers
- ·tablespoons cornichons
- ·tablespoon finely chopped dill
- ·tablespoons gochujang sauce
- ·for frying cooking oil
- ·sea salt

Flour the chicken thighs.

Dip in egg wash.

Finish in panko.

Chop the capers, cornichons, and dill and add to mayonnaise, then add the gochujang sauce and combine well.

Heat your cooking oil to 170°c - 180°c.

Carefully place the chicken into the hot oil and cook for about 7 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
