Shrimp and Steak Tacos

- ·lb flank steak or skirt steak
- ·tbsp olive oil
- ·tsp chili powder
- ·tsp cumin
- ·tsp paprika
- ·tsp garlic powder
- ·salt
- ·black pepper
- ·lb shrimp
- ·tbsp smoked paprika
- ·corn tortillas
- ·small red onion
- ·cup fresh cilantro
- ·lime

Season steak with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Heat a skillet over high heat. Sear steak 2–3 minutes per side until browned and juicy. Remove and rest, then chop.

In the same skillet, add shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.

Toast corn tortillas in a dry skillet until warm and lightly charred.
